Deepen your practice and understanding of heart opening postures as Angela guides you through breath and movement to safely and intelligently prepare your body for backbends. Learn how to ease tight back muscles, and open your shoulders while nourishing inner strength.

Mom & Baby Workshop

This gentle Yoga and Pilates class offers community, connection, and support.
In this workshop we will explore postures that aid in postpartum recovery, helping to regain strength and flexibility, while reducing tension and stress.
We will focus on specific areas such as the neck, shoulders and lower back, and strengthen the abs and pelvic floor.
Mama's are offered the space to share their parenting and postpartum experience and recovery tips.
This Workshop is tailored to meet your needs and provides a safe space to connect with yourself, your baby, and in community.
Women only please. Sisters, Moms, and family members are welcome to join.

Yoga and Pilates privates, or a blend of the two, are a great way to meet your specific needs and help to achieve your goals. Private sessions are a great place to explore working with injuries, and, a tailored experience to meet you wherever you're coming from and bring more support to your practice.
Group classes are a great way to share in connection, movement, and fun.
