Overview:
Friday, Arrive from 5-7 pm for Dinner and fun,
Saturday is full of Yoga, Massage, free time, laughter & more,
Sunday we'll have more Yoga, Breathwork, Journaling,
Somatic Practices, and,
We'll send you off with a full cup and your Partner will already have a crockpot recipe (we send to them 3 options!) cooking when you get home so you can truly enJOY your Mother’s Day with your family.

In Three weekends (9 days), this training will guide you deeper into your own subconscious patterning around teaching, your health, and your success.
We'll dive deep into functional anatomy, learn how to work with injuries intelligently,
hands on adjustments, sequencing,
reading the body, pranayama, chakras, vagal nerve and lymphatic mojo, empathing, pre/post natal, and so much more.
This Training is a complete game changer.
Yoga and Pilates privates, or a blend of the two, are a great way to meet your specific needs and help to achieve your goals. Private sessions are a great place to explore working with injuries, and, a tailored experience to meet you wherever you're coming from and bring more support to your practice.
Group classes are a great way to share in connection, movement, and fun.
