 I offer a wide range of tools to help facilitate a safe space for self inquiry and healing. My trainings and approach to therapy are a culmination of the Polyvagal Theory, Neurolinguistics Programming, Internal Family Systems, Emotional Focused Therapy, and Compassionate Inquiry. 

In addition to these practices, I offer a wealth of expertise in yoga and bodywork, providing a more somatic approach  for my clients to reconnect with the body, harnessing its inherent wisdom. 

I'm passionate about health and healing in a holistic way - from exploring core beliefs that keep us stuck, to finding new movement, breath and vagal exercises,  to helping you open your drainage pathways and alleviate chronic pain and old patterns. My approach is dynamic and effective and I'm here to share it all. 

$120 /60min.

I offer one on one counseling sessions online and have limited availability for in person sessions for those in Yakima, Wa. 

 I also offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments based on client financial needs. I am happy to discuss this with you if you feel this might apply to your situation.
